CAG received notification on 11 March 2008 that, pursuant to the FSA Disclosure
and Transparency Rules, following the acquisition of 550,000 ordinary shares of
0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 10 March 2008, Charlemagne
Capital (IOM) Limited ("CCIOM"), on behalf of Magna Africa Fund, of which CCIOM
is appointed investment manager, holds 5,050,000 Ordinary Shares. This
represents 3.03 per cent. of issued share capital of the Company.
