                             BOARD CHANGE


Jean-Marie Fink, a director ofBrammer plc since 1994 will be stepping down from
the Board on 1 April 2004.    He will leave the company later in the year after
ensuring an orderly handover of his responsibilities.   Jean-Marie Fink was the
joint founder of Roulement Service, the30th anniversary of which will be
celebrated this year.  Jean-Marie sold the business to Brammer in 1992 and
through this transaction Roulement Service became the first Continental European
business to join the Brammer Group.  Since this time, he has continued to lead
the Roulement Service business to growth in turnover and profit.  More recently
Jean-Marie has taken the lead role in the development of the Group's
relationships with key suppliers in bearings. Through his leadership of our
business in France and Germany, Jean-Marie has been instrumental in supporting
the integration of THF into the Brammer Group. We would publicly like to
acknowledge the considerable contribution that Jean-Marie has made to the
development of Brammer as a truly pan-European business.
