Brammer plc has today been advised that FMR Corp., and its direct and indirect
subsidiaries and Fidelity International Limited and its direct and indirect
subsidiaries have a non-beneficial holding in 5,759,929 ordinary shares in the
Company, representing 12.03% of its issued ordinary share capital.  This
notifiable interest follows an increase in the above holdings by 24,268 ordinary
shares.
