Brammer plc was yesterday advised by AXA Investment Managers UK Ltd that AXA
S.A. and its Group Companies have an interest in 4,935,328 ordinary shares in
the Company, representing 10.31% of its issued ordinary share capital.

These shares are represented by a beneficial interest of 120,000 shares (0.25%)
and a non-beneficial interest of 4,815,328 shares (10.06%)

This notification of change is due to an increase in the total holding from
9.37% to 10.31%.
