Exercise of Option and Sale of Shares by Director
Bonmarché, one of the UK's largest women's value retailers
announces that it was informed on 31 July 2017 that on 28 July
2017, Helen Connolly, Chief Executive Officer, exercised two share
awards over Ordinary Shares of 1.0 pence each as outlined
below.

On 28 July 2017, Mrs Connolly sold 23,185 shares at a price of

Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of the
Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.
