          BKN Expands Licensing and Merchandising Activities and Staff


BKN is pleased to announce today that its Barcelona and London operations have
expanded their licensing presence significantly for the New Year in support of
their upcoming 4 brand launches worldwide in 2008 and 2009 including:-

   *Dork Hunters form Outer Space (www.dorkhunters.com)
   *Zorro - Generation Z (www.zorro-generationz.com)
   *Stone Age (www.stoneageseries.com)
   *Pocket Penguin Adventures (www.pocketpenguins.com)


In BKN New Media Ltd. in London:-

   *Jackie Ferguson joins the Company in a consulting capacity focused on the
    United Kingdom and Ireland. Ms. Ferguson comes to BKN from Entertainment
    Rights and prior to that Saban Entertainment (now Jetix) where she
    successfully consolidated the Power Ranger licensing programme to allow it
    to become the classic it is today and formulated and implemented the
    strategy for the launch of the Digimon licensing programme.

   *Jane Kennedy joins as VP International Licensing and Merchandising. Ms
    Kennedy comes to BKN from 4Kids Entertainment's London office as Director
    International Licensing and Marketing where she worked on such brands as
    Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Both will report to Nicola Andrews, Managing Director of BKN New Media Ltd.
States Andrews: "Jackie and Jane will add a great deal of expertise to BKN
having worked on such major brands in the UK and internationally. We are
delighted to have both of them."


In BKN New Media S.L: in Barcelona:-

   *David Recasens recently joined the Company as VP Licensing and
    Merchandising handling Spain and Portugal. Mr. Recasens joins BKN from
    Cromosoma in Barcelona.

   *Irene Civico has been promoted to Licensing and Merchandising Manager
    supporting all sales activities.

Both David and Irene report to Laura Tapias, Managing Director of BKN New Media
S.L. States Tapias: "David has already licensed several categories for the Zorro
brand in Spain and many more deals are in the works to be announced soon. With
this expansion, and the new high definition animation studio opening on 2
January 2008 in Barcelona, this is a very exciting time for BKN in Spain".
