What's really silly is now the company is trying a class action suit, which even if won somehow, would rebate the users of Verizon, not any shareholders of VPLM. Not to mention the lead plaintiff is the IR of VPLM. They keep deleting any post I make to explain this.

You're not wrong. They'll probably get another pump or two while the case moves along but I don't think Verizon is sweating a drop lol.

Purchased VZ on 2/19 @ $41.75, up 12percent. Normally I would sell for that nice 3 week return, but the dividend on those shares is 6.8percent so I'll hold loooong term. May all your trades/investments be profitable.
