TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

("the Company")
In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules
("the Rules"), the Company would like to notify the market of the
following:
As at 11 January 2013, following
the completion of the Company's 2012 conversion of shares from the
UK Emerging Companies Share Class to the Cash Fund Share Class, the
Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares)
consisted of the following:
- 41,988,600 UK Emerging Companies Shares with 1.3 voting rights
per share;
- 7,313,502 Cash Fund Shares with 1 voting right per share
As at 11 January 2013, the Company
held 300,000 UK Emerging Companies Shares in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore
61,898,682. The above figure 61,898,682 may be used by shareholders
as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, the Company under the Rules.
