Notice of dividend currency exchange rate - 2018 final dividend

On 5 March 2019, BBA Aviation plc announced a final dividend of 10.07 cents per share for the year ended 31 December 2018.

Eligible shareholders will continue to receive their dividends in sterling, unless an election is completed and registered with the Company's registrars. The deadline for the currency election in respect of the forthcoming dividend payment was 30 April 2019.

This announcement confirms that the currency exchange rate applicable for the 2018 final dividend for shareholders who have not made a currency election before the applicable deadline and who therefore continue to receive their dividend in sterling is:
