The Board of Axis Intermodal is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen
Dexter as a Non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 May 2008.

Stephen was, until 30 June 2007, a partner at Grant Thornton UK LLP where he was
responsible, inter alia, for the audit of fully listed and AIM listed companies
and dealing with Stock Exchange transactions.

For the purposes of paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules, Stephen
Kenneth Dexter (aged 61) holds or has held the following directorships over the
last 5 years:

Mr. Dexter was a director of the following companies which were dissolved during
his period of office:

1.  Business Link Heart of England Limited, dissolved in January 2004 with no
    outstanding balances owing to creditors.

2.  Oxford Brookes Charitable Trust, dissolved in July 2007 with no
    outstanding balances owing to creditors.

Heart of England Training and Enterprise Council has been placed into members
voluntary liquidation and all creditors are expected to be paid in full.

There is no other information that is required to be disclosed pursuant to
Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
