25,500 ordinary shares of 1p each for cancellation at 48.0 pence per share 
20,000 ordinary shares of 1p each for cancellation at 47.0 pence per share 
5,137 ordinary shares of 1p each for cancellation at 46.0 pence per share 
 
 
 
representing 0.9% of the issued share capital.
