    Director Dealing

The Company announces that, following a purchase of 59 Ordinary shares by John
Pearmund, a Director of the Company, and a purchase of 18 Ordinary shares by
his wife Mrs Christine Pearmund, both on 9 May 2006, Mr Pearmund's interest was
19,746 Ordinary 10p shares in the Company.

A further 1 Ordinary share was purchased by John Pearmund on 17 May bringing his
interest to 19,747 Ordinary 10p shares in the Company. (representing 0.22% of
the issued Ordinary shares).

The shares were purchased by Halifax on Mr and Mrs Pearmund's behalf at a price
of �1.1405 on 9 May pence per share and �1.1005 on 17 May. All the shares are
held in an ISA.
