The Company announces that, following purchases of 865 shares each by John
Pearmund, a Director of the Company, and his wife Mrs Christine Pearmund on 6
April 2006, Mr Pearmund now has an interest in 19,669 Ordinary 10p shares of
the Company (representing 0.022% of the issued Ordinary shares).

The shares were purchased by Halifax on Mr and Mrs Pearmund's behalf at a price
of �1.15 pence per share and will be held in an ISA.
