today purchased 20,000 Ordinary 10p shares of the Company (representing 0.02%
of the issued Ordinary shares). The shares were purchased at a price of 114.24p
per share.

Following this transaction, Christopher Duffett has an interest in 43,613
Ordinary shares, representing 0.05% of the issued Ordinary shares.
