The Company announces that, following a purchase of 2,783 shares on 30 December
2005, John Pearmund, a Director of the Company, now has an interest in 15,315
Ordinary 10p shares of the Company (representing 0.017% of the issued Ordinary
shares).

These shares were purchased at a price of �1.0725 per share and will be
held in an ISA.
