The Company announces that, following a purchase of 100 shares through an ISA
on 22 August 2005, John Pearmund, a Director of the Company, now has an
interest in 12,532 Ordinary 10p shares of the Company (representing 0.01% of
the issued Ordinary shares).

These shares were purchased at a price of 97.31 pence per share.
