Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for an additional 20 Ordinary 10p shares issued in relation to the
recent Introduction, to be admitted to the Official List and for these shares
to be admitted to trading. The Shares rank pari passu with the existing issued
shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 8 August, 2005.
The total number of Ordinary 10p shares of the Company listed and in issue
following admission will be 89,724,381.
