Asian Citrus was notified on 19 September 2013that Value Partners Limited sold 1,006,000 ordinary shares of HK$0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 18 September 2013.

Following the above transaction, Value Partners Limited now holds 36,573,000 Ordinary Shares representing 2.974% of the Company's issued share capital.
