Further to previous reports of Bank Hapoalim B. M. ("the Bank"), the last of which was on 25.9.2017 concerning a civil claim in the sum of approximately 34.5 billion Dollars (which was subsequently amended to the sum of 1 billion Dollars), which was filed by several Palestinian entities against a long series of defendants, including the Bank, the summary dismissal of the claim and the filing of an appeal in the matter, the Bank respectfully updates as follows:

On 19.2.2019 the appellate court in Washington DC, USA allowed the appeal against the summary dismissal of the claim and referred the hearing of the claim back to the lower court.
