Publication of Prospectus 
Nomura Bank International plc (the Issuer) announces that the following 
prospectuses have been approved by the UK Listing Authority and are available 
for viewing: 
(i)         the listing prospectus dated 23 August 2010 (the ETF Prospectus) in 
connection with the issue of 996,016 Put Warrants linked to ETFs dated 28 July 
2010; and 
(ii)        the listing prospectus dated 23 August 2010 (the Index Prospectus) 
in connection with the issue of 4,120 Put Warrants linked to an Index dated 30 
July 2010. 
Both the ETF Prospectus and the Index Prospectus will be made available to 
investors free of charge upon request during normal business hours from Monday 
to Friday each week (public holidays excepted) from and including the date of 
the publication of the prospectus at the registered offices of:

will be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing
