Change in minority shareholding in Thames Water

It has been announced that QIC Diversified Infrastructure (Jersey) Limited has agreed to sell a 3.34% interest in Kemble Water Holdings Limited ("Kemble"), the ultimate holding company of Thames Water, to QS Infrastructure Pty Ltd as trustee for QS UK Infrastructure Trust No. 1.

QIC Diversified Infrastructure (Jersey) Limited continue to hold a 5.35% interest in Kemble.
