Trueclaim Exploration Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: TRM)(OTCQX: TRMNF) announces that it has granted an aggregate of 1,775,000 stock options to directors, officers and a consultant of the Company, including 150,000 stock options to Mr. Peter Karlechuk, a consultant performing investor relation activities. The options are exercisable into common shares at a price of $0.17 per share for a term of five years from the date of grant and are subject to regulatory approval.
