With the BF Borgers malaise behind us - should start to see Xcelerate get things moving forward again.

Actually they “already are” generating revenue. The first six months registered $1,577,720 and growing. No dilution. Extremely rare for an OTC ticker.

Rumors say there might be? Am hearing big things in the works. No doubt that once Xcelerate enters next phase it will be one of those woulda, shoulda, coulda tickers that outta nowhere popped onto everyone’s radar suddenly. Waiting game is all.

One thing is certain…no dilution, for coming up on a “FULL YEAR” now. Not typical by any means here in OTC Ville. Pervious dilution that had transpired was to put together HS Phama and the ESN Group deals (now revenue generating).

Dirt cheap under a nickel IMHO

Not a single share has been added to the share count for almost a year now? Restricted as well as Float have remained unchanged. And, the Float is tiny compared to your typical OTC ticker.

The “Shareholder Update” back in August detailed the delay(s) from previous projections.

“Our intent was to then file our amended registration statement on Form S-1/A with the SEC in order to continue our fundraising and uplisting process. On May 03, 2024, the SEC announced that it had charged our independent auditors at the time, BF Borgers CPA PC, alleging that "Ben Borgers and his audit firm, BF Borgers, were responsible for one of the largest wholesale failures by gatekeepers in our financial markets," and permanently banned he and his firm from ever practicing before the commission. The SEC also announced that it would not accept audits undertaken by BF Borgers as part of any registration statement, requiring us to reaudit our financial statements that had been completed by BF Borgers.”

Xcelerate is generating income from the ESN Group which puts XCRT in the 5% of all OTC Tickers just for starters. They have potential from patents, surgical devices, as well as, the AfyiaSasa project in Tanzania - Details yet known? Could be Dr. Ellegala is working with the government of Tanzania to help fund the project minimizing the need for larger funding via the S-1/A filing. Uplist and “real” monies could be reason for recent lack of shareholder updates. Waiting on updates….

Mike has delivered in the past with pretty much everything he has published. Patience is key when entertaining OTC investments. It only takes one diamond in the rough to make it all worth while.

XCRT “PUMP” PR’s to dump shares into the market like the vast majority of the OTC listings do isn’t the story here.

Current share price doesn’t reflect what should be changing here any day now. No doubt we need some guidance and updates ASAP as folks are obviously losing patience…as the current share price reflects.

I very much believe we will see sparks here before too much longer.

Completely agree that this is OTC land. Anything can happen down here. Always take profits off the table. It’s simple - buy low and sell high. Find the right entry and exit points. Follow those simple rules down and you will be ok.

Yes, it's been taking longer than anticipated, but he did not know that the accounting firm was going to throw a huge wrench on those plans either.

It won't be the first time I've invested in a OTC and had to wait longer than anticipated for things to come to fruition.

Am I disappointed in the lack of updates and silence ? Absolutely. Do I think that means nothing will come of XCRT ? Absolutely NOT.


One thing we see is he has done a very good job of keeping the SS from skyrocketing. It's obvious they don't intend to screw SH. Building a business is not easy.
Still believe in Mike myself.
