      Some would say whatever they like but the proof is in the pudding as they say.


      I love how folks use the top but not the bottom to discuss SP. You do know it ran from low 02s to .13+ also since right ?

      Plenty of opportunity for those who hold stock cheaper to get out. For some reason, some rubes never sell then complain about dilution which does not exist.

      Maybe it's more of a delusion issue than dilution ?

      this screams for a Devil's Advocate response.

      What is looking good in this latest PR? They're talking about filing certain "patent pending" applications (or whatever the term is for patents that have been filed but not accepted yet) internationally. I took a look at the description, and i'm having a hard time figuring out what's patentable in the process they describe.
      The key innovation provided by these patents is the introduction of a new "first-person view" to the surgical theatre. This technology integrates cameras directly into surgical tools in order to allow the surgeon to follow and perform the procedure from his tool's perspective.
      If anyone can explain how this process could be patentable, I'm all ears.

      O'Shea promised again (earlier this year) that Africa would be producing revenues by the end of 2024. Let's hold O'Shea's feet to the fire on this one. For years now, the pro-O'Shea'rs have been letting him promise and not deliver ... promise and not deliver ... What the pro-O'Shea'rs need to realize is that criticism of management is a key element in DD-based investing. Somehow, there seems to be a class of investors who consider criticism of management off-limits. Why? We're in otc pinky land, and the refusal to consider criticizing management could be catastrophic to one's finances. .0175 pps indicates market's lack of confidence. Don't get mad at the market, or at weird posters posting negatives on a message board that perhaps a dozen boneheads (myself included) read. Get concerned about managements consistent failure to meet promised and forecast deadlines.

      If you “actually” read through the recently published S-1/A you’ll find where shares in 2023 were added to the total OS count (I understand some don’t know what OS means).

      It also explains what the upcoming listing and need for, and reasoning, towards funding Xcelerate, a growing enterprise into the next phase of growth. ESN is generating profit and AfiyaSasa will be even bigger yet. It takes time and $$$. Borgers threw a monkey wrench into the mix which obviously didn’t help the cause what so ever. Now that audit(s) and legal requirements are now up to date - we should start to see some healthy updates and progress announcements forthcoming. No worries….

      On April 29, 2024, we announced that we had filed our annual report on Form 1-K with the SEC. This report included our annual independent financial audit for the years ended 2022 and 2023. Our intent was to then file our amended registration statement on Form S-1/A with the SEC in order to continue our fundraising and uplisting process. On May 03, 2024, the SEC announced that it had charged our independent auditors at the time, BF Borgers CPA PC, alleging that "Ben Borgers and his audit firm, BF Borgers, were responsible for one of the largest wholesale failures by gatekeepers in our financial markets," and permanently banned he and his firm from ever practicing before the commission. The SEC also announced that it would not accept audits undertaken by BF Borgers as part of any registration statement, requiring us to reaudit our financial statements that had been completed by BF Borgers.

      As a result, on May 13, 2024, we announced that we had retained Bush and Associates CPA LLC, Henderson, NV, as our new auditors.
