They (VGTL) should investigate their own company and why their own CEO has no phone number (OTC markets still shows Brian Kistler) to be reached by and hasn't reached out to give an official spiel (to the shareholders) of what is going on and what they hope to accomplish. Very suspicious especially since I emailed Jim DiPrima early last week (and to the SEC) about how VGTL is looking like a parking job made by Jim since he could not get rid of it.
