The company's past is part of its history. And Igwealor needs to be informed and knowledgeable about that history.

Igwealor seems to think custodianships are a way to easy money. But he's gone on to lie in disclosures made to OTC Markets.

Why don't you post the custodial hearings which took place long after that. Again,, Igwealor had nothing to do with the companies past.

Yes. It's a Pink Current shell that's lying in its OTC Markets disclosures about never having been suspended by the SEC, as I demonstrated a little while ago.

And the former CEO was eventually criminally charged along with one or more family members. they were career crooks.

But naturally all of that should be overlooked so you can make a buck without having to bother to do even minimal research.

Of course it's the real reason. It was quite the little criminal enterprise. Oddly enough, I believe criminal enterprises should be stopped in their tracks.

This shell should have been killed by FINRA years ago as an inactive security.

Not a 10-Q. Seems Igwealor would like for people to think MTEI is an SEC registrant; he uses all the SEC's terminology: "10-K", "10-Q", "8-K" and so on.

Don't be fooled. It's never filed anything at all with the SEC. Not now, and not at any time in the past.

A "vicious takedown" is exactly what it needs. MTEI was a huge scam back in the late '90s. Contrary to what Mr Igwealor says in his OTC Markets disclosure, it was suspended by the SEC. The crooks running the show were eventually litigated by the SEC. The list of enforcement actions is a long one.
