I have asked MR. JAMES C VOWLER numerous times to show me that he has possession of the restaurant equipment from the defunct BAR / RESTAURANT. He listed this equipment at a value of $780.000 ? on his last financials. He has not responded to me. Let's see if the FINRA can get a response from him.

After following Mr.James C Vowler and his companies name changes for 15 years i will not let his BS continue.
I sat down with him, face to face and he lied to me.
Over the last few months i have compiled years of PR & other media releases which i will forward to FINRA .

We really have not had a pizza shop open in 18 years,
We have not sold a Unique Pizza Franchise since 2005
Pizza Fusion has no pizza shops, and we sold no franchises
We never really paid into or owned the tap house.
There never was MJ pizza sauce.
There never was a huge order of our own CBD oil
We were too high when we thought we could sell frozen pizza in India.
The Black Rock Steak House pretend deal sold LOTS of stock, can't use that again
The Parking garage franchise deal was pretend
We milked the popsycake as much as possible, did sell lots of stock from it!
We really are not selling anything in any of the stores we said we were, is why never has income from it.
The salsa guy still pretty much runs that still, and owns the building and vehicles. But he does sell stuff!
We try repping Cousin T's pancake mix, gives us something to post when we cant think up something new.
We are asking to have Dr Reddy put on milk cartons to see if anyone can find him
We already increased the OS under this ticker, milked if for all we could, and hard to come up with new things in this sector to sell stock on.

Look at IC*TY with no business trading at .0004 and 7 billion shares outstanding. Anyone remember DP*LS in 2020-21? Went .0001 to 20 cents with bloated share structure. If money starts coming back into OTC anything can happen.
