moment in the Company's history. Last year, we set three objectives
for ourselves: 1) move the company from a development stage to an
operational stage which we have achieved; 2) bring in an
experienced management team that can achieve growth and increase
shareholder value, which we have completed with the addition of
John Hancock and John Watson; and 3) to secure adequate funding for
the Company to achieve its near-term goals which we announced on
December 5, 2008. I believe we now have all the pieces in place to

Entertainment Services. In 2001, Mr. Watson was honored by the UK
government with an OBE for services to USA/UK commercial relations.
Mr. Watson said, "The prepaid debit card is one of the most
promising growth opportunities in the international financial arena
today. Such cards simplify receipt and payment of money for earners
and consumers in societies that are today largely cash-based.
Equally, these cards are important to businesses that relate to
these individuals as employees and customers. I am excited to be
able to contribute at this crucial stage in the development of
FNDS3000." About FNDS3000 Corp.: FNDS3000 Corp. (OTCBB: FDTC)
