Edenred (EDEN.FR), the French vouchers company spun off by hotel group Accor SA (AC.FR), said Monday its first-half revenue rose 9.8%, and confirmed its outlook for the rest of the year.

Edenred posted sales of EUR501 million in the first six months of the year, from EUR461 million in the same period a year earlier. The company, which owns the Ticket Restaurant meal voucher brand, said its business was boosted by operations in Latin America, where issuance volumes rose 21.5%, and by the stabilization of Central European markets.

Chief Financial Officer Loic Jenouvrier said in a conference call he has confidence in the company's outlook for the rest of the year, and he expects significant growth in sales and issuance volume, as reported by a spokesperson.

Jenouvrier also confirmed the company's outlook for issuance volume, seen up by between 6% and 14%, the spokesperson said.
