NewMarket Technology, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NWMT) (OTCQB: NWMT) and its
subsidiary, China Crescent Enterprises, Inc., (PINKSHEETS: CCTR)
(OTCQB: CCTR) today announced a Town Hall meeting scheduled for 2
p.m. on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 in Dallas, Texas. During the
Town Hall members of management will discuss the Companies'
operational and financial performance including updated business
strategies, which focus on becoming leading regional systems
integrators instead of a single multinational systems integrator.

China Crescent reported $78.2 million in revenue and $4.2 million
in net income for 2010, up from $45.6 million in revenue and $2.2
million in net income reported in 2009. For fiscal year 2010,
NewMarket reported $118 million in revenue and $2.6 million in net
income, up from $98 million in revenue and $1.6 million in net
income reported in 2009.
