It's nice to finally see some progress being made here. I have always liked the concept and it's needed for proper law enforcement but the never ending testing etc. felt like it was leading no where. I am playing the volatility for now, we will see if it turns into an investment or not soon enough.

The alcohol industry does not want Federal legalization. Some of the more forward-looking companies are diversifying into THC beverages, as a mitigation against lost alcohol sales.

I see this in every police vehicle, right next to the alcohol breathalyzers. Cannabix should be working on a dual-use version that does both.

I think the bigger application will be in the private sector.  Once a breathalyzer for THC is on the market, the Feds will most likely legalize it and companies will have to move away from urine test to the breathalyzer (similar to alcohol testing) for point of use.

1) They need to start a movement, to highlight the problem of drugged driving where they incite anger in the citizenry,, over the innocent lives lost.
2) Get some "experts" to estimate:
a) the lives that will be saved
b the dollars gained by state and local governments.

Maybe they should invest some of their $30.8 million market cap towards SEO. Google marijuana breathalyzer and Hound Labs has it on lock down. Remember them forming their company long after BLO? How is their patent ever going to hold up in court?

So much for that 3,000,000 on 1st Milestone being done in October but November 15th makes that 6 Months deadline

November 15th is 6 Months

May 15, 2024 (the “Agreement”) with Omega Laboratories Inc of Ohio, USA (“Omega Laboratories” or “Omega”). The Agreement provides a pathway for commercialization of Cannabix’s marijuana breathalyzer technology.

They have a series of ways to gather the 11,000,000 Warrants set a side but 1st deadline of 3,000,000 is November 15th

R&D Phase

3,000,000 of the Special Warrants will convert into Special Warrant Shares upon Omega completing a Validation Packet for Cannabix Hardware under forensic testing validation requirements. Omega will have six (6) months from the date of the Agreement to complete and certify a Validation Packet of Cannabix Hardware;

It would be nice to see them receive these Warrants on the Oct Monthly Report due the 5th of Nov and the pathway to being use would be started

They get more Once the white paper is done but have 12 Months or forward to May 15th 2025 making 12 Months

2,000,000 of the Special Warrants will convert into Special Warrant Shares upon Omega successfully converting the Validation Packet data into a white paper for publishing in peer reviewed journal and the submission of a formal proposal to use Cannabix Hardware in a prominent study. Omega will have twelve (12) months from the date of the Agreement to complete this milestone; and

Dr Huestis will tell that there’s no real Number as a person tolerance may be better with THC while another might be like bumper cars by not paying attention to to the Road while running that radio dial and forgot your driving

Dr Goldberger gonna show we can reach out to 4 Hrs but we can show a spike of THC when consumed and level has dropped to this time line

Granted it might show a low level of THC all the time for smokers of THC - kinda like the .08 for BAC but safe to drive

Why is it taking so long to get these into law enforcement toolkits, right along alcohol breathalyzers?

I think the partnership with Omega is a good start, but they have to start selling units and getting some convictions across the bench, before company can succeed.
