BioCentric Energy, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BEHL) board members have appointed Dennis Shen, a Board member for BEHL, as President of BioCentric Energy Algae, a wholly owned subsidiary of BioCentric Energy Holdings (BEHL).

Dennis Fisher, Board Member and President for BioCentric Energy, Inc. (BEHL), stated today, "We welcome the commitment that Mr. Shen has tendered to the success of BioCentric Energy Algae.
