Hathor Exploration Limited (TSX VENTURE: HAT) is pleased to
announce five changes to senior management and the Board of
Directors, effective immediately. Dr. Michael Gunning is appointed
as President and CEO. Mr. Jim Malone is appointed as Chairman of
the Board. Mr. Jay Fredericks is appointed as the new Vice
President, Project Development. Dr. Alistair McCready is appointed
Vice President Exploration. Mr. Ben Ainsworth is appointed as a
Special Advisor to the Board, Special Projects and New Business

These additions and changes to Hathor's senior management team
reinforce the Company's transition through 2010 from a pure junior
explorer to a uranium exploration and development company. Dr.
Gunning as President and CEO, will continue his focus on sustained
project development and company growth. Through his 25 years of
diverse and valuable experience in mineral exploration, geological
research, and more specifically, the uranium sector, Dr. Gunning
will continue to guide an expanding exploration and development
team equipped to tackle all aspects of project development at
Roughrider and exploration success at Russell and other properties.
An integrated plan is developed for 2011 to pursue key milestones
in corporate development, mineral resource estimation and economic
scoping.
Mr. Stephen Stanley has elected to resign as President and CEO
and Director of Hathor. The Board of Directors thanks Mr. Stanley
for his considerable contributions in building Hathor from the
ground up during the past five years. We wish him well in his
future endeavours.

industry expert, with more than 40 years of experience in the
down-stream business, most recently as Vice President, Nuclear
Fuels, Exelon Generation Company, LLC, the largest generator of
nuclear power in North America. As the newly appointed Chairman at
Hathor, Mr. Malone will take an active role with respect to
corporate development. His knowledge of the global uranium
supply-demand balance, and sales contract platforms provided for
open communication between Hathor and various North American
nuclear industry companies with respect to the Roughrider project.
That process will continue in 2011, and expand to Asia. Mr. John
Currie, outgoing Chairman, will remain on the Board of Directors.
His track record in corporate finance at Intrawest and Lululemon
will serve Hathor well.
Mr. Jay Fredericks is appointed Vice President, Project
Development. Mr. Fredericks will oversee economic scoping and other
aspects of overall project development at Roughrider. Mr.
Fredericks now represents Hathor as a new participant on the
Saskatchewan government-industry uranium royalty review committee.
Mr. Fredericks brings to Hathor more than 17 years of experience
with the Saskatchewan government in uranium and a broad range of
expertise in the uranium sector in the fields of mineral policy,
mineral development and market development in the Asia-Pacific
region. Mr. Fredericks provides senior management with the depth
and experience necessary to successfully optimize full economic
scoping of the Roughrider project.
Dr. Alistair McCready is promoted to Vice President,
Exploration. Dr. McCready has served the Company as Senior Project
Geologist and Exploration Manager, has overseen the Roughrider
project since its inception, and has successfully developed a fully
functioning field exploration office for Hathor in Saskatoon,
including a full-time exploration staff with extensive and specific
experience in uranium exploration in the Athabasca Basin. He has
over 13 years of global exploration and research experience in
uranium, base metals and gold. As Vice President, Dr. McCready will
continue to oversee the advancement of the Company's core assets
and ensure the Company is open to opportunities in the Athabasca
Basin.
Mr. Ben Ainsworth, Director, is appointed as Advisor to the
