Also, ATW Tech announces that Mr. Denis Archambault is stepping down as Interim Chief Financial Officer, while continuing to work with the company as a consultant. Mr. Archambault will be replaced (also on an interim basis) by Ms. Nathalie Grondin, who has over a decade of experience in the Company’s financial department. ATW Tech is in the process of identifying a suitable candidate to act as permanent Chief Financial Officer.
