- The Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Quebecor
(TSX: QBR.A) (TSX: QBR.B) will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2020, at 9:30 a.m. Due to
restrictions on mass gatherings implemented by the federal and
Québec governments in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and out of
concern for the wellbeing of all participants, the Meeting will be
held exclusively by electronic means via live video webcast.
Exceptionally, this year shareholders and members of the media will
not be able to attend in person.
After the Meeting, media are invited to a brief telephone press
conference given by the Right Honourable Brian Mulroney, Chairman
of the Board of Quebecor Inc. and Quebecor Media Inc., and Pierre
Karl Péladeau, President and Chief Executive Officer of Quebecor
Inc. and Quebecor Media Inc.
