I think that what is going to happen is Fannie will be released and warrants canseled then it will start trading on the stock market. After that the sovereign fund gets started and I can see the fund buying shares in Fannie Mae between $300.00 and $600.00 Per share.

My belief is all these penny stocks are scams until proven otherwise. As time passes the reality will become increasingly evident that the MC here should be much higher.
