Xerox (NYSE:XRX) today announced the appointment of Elias
Mendoza as head of Corporate Business Development and Mergers &
Acquisitions, effective June 29, 2015. Mendoza will succeed John

Mendoza will lead Xerox’s overall business development strategy
as well as drive initiatives that deliver on profitable growth. He
will also oversee the team of internal and external resources
focused on the end-to-end management of mergers and acquisitions
and all related activities.
“Elias has a deep background in identifying, executing and
integrating acquisitions including joint ventures and the
disposition of existing businesses,” said Kathryn Mikells, chief
financial officer of Xerox. “We are excited to have his strong
abilities on the team at a time when business development is a core
strategic focus for our company.”
Mikells added, “We thank John for his 19 years as the Global
Head of Mergers and Acquisitions for Affiliated Computer Services
and then Xerox. He was instrumental in bringing the two companies
together and has led a variety of successful acquisitions and
divestitures across the enterprise. We want to wish him well.”

Markets and Japan. He has also held leadership positions at Union
Square Advisors, Morgan Stanley and Toronto Dominion Securities,

markets.
