Release) and related investor presentation (the Investor Presentation) announcing the entry into an Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated June 9, 2019, by and among the Company, Sausalito Acquisition Corp., a wholly owned
subsidiary of the Company, and Tableau. The Company filed the Press Release and Investor Presentation on a Current Report on Form

on June 10, 2019.

to file an updated version of the Press Release and Investor
Presentation, which reflect the following corrections:
