SRA Named One of FORTUNE(R) Magazine's '100 Best Companies to Work
For' for the Sixth Consecutive Year FAIRFAX, Va., Jan. 11
/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SRA International, Inc. (NYSE:SRX), a
leading provider of information technology services and solutions
to federal government organizations, has been named one of FORTUNE
magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For" for a sixth consecutive
year. This year SRA is ranked number 44. The list appears in the
January 24 issue (on newsstands January 17) and is available now at
http://www.fortune.com/. "The 100 Best Companies to Work For" list
is compiled for FORTUNE by Robert Levering and Milton Moskowitz of
the Great Place to Work Institute in San Francisco, based on two
criteria: an evaluation of the policies and culture of each
company, and the opinions of the company's employees. The latter is
given more weight; two-thirds of the total score comes from
employee responses to a 57-question survey which goes to a minimum
of 350 randomly selected employees from each company. The survey
focuses on attitudes towards management, job satisfaction, and
camaraderie within the organization. The remaining one-third of the
score is based on an evaluation of each company's demographic
makeup, pay and benefits programs, and culture. FORTUNE cited SRA
for its 24 percent job growth over the past three years. SRA
President and CEO Renny DiPentima said, "SRA continues to maintain
an ethic of honesty and service and to provide employees with a
challenging, exciting, and fulfilling environment. It is
particularly gratifying that our dedicated employees have
recognized and acknowledged our efforts for the sixth year in a
row. This is an important milestone on our path to become one of
the best companies in the world -- by any measure." About SRA
