FAIRFAX, Va., June 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SRA International,

announced the promotion of eleven senior executives. The following
are promoted to senior vice president: -- Kathleen M. Adams -
Senior Vice President and Director, Civil Sector -- Michael M. Fox

The three sectors are: -- Defense - led by SRA Senior Vice
President David A. Kriegman. The defense sector supports clients
across the Department of Defense. -- Command and Control,
Communications and Intelligence (C3I) - led by SRA Senior Vice
President Anthony M. Valletta. The C3I sector supports clients in
the U.S. military command structure, intelligence agencies, and law
enforcement community. -- Civil - led by SRA Senior Vice President
Kathleen M. Adams. The civil sector supports civil agencies across
the federal government including the federal health community. As
part of this realignment - to be effective on July 1, 2004, at the
beginning of SRA fiscal year 2005 - SRA Senior Vice President
Matthew Black will lead the Company's Business Solutions and
Offerings organization; and Eugene S. Frank will serve as Vice
President and Chief Technology Officer/Chief Knowledge Officer.
