Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 15, 2022, Kimco Realty Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the redemption in full of its outstanding 3.400% Senior
Notes due 2022 (CUSIP No. 49446R AN9) (the “Senior Notes”).
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
The information set forth in this Item 7.01, including Exhibit 99.1, is being furnished and shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the
Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that Section. The information in this Item 7.01, including Exhibit 99.1, shall not be incorporated by reference into any filing of the
Company under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the Exchange Act except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference in such a filing.
On February 15, 2022, the Company issued a notice of redemption for $500.0 million aggregate principal amount of the Senior Notes, representing all of the
outstanding Senior Notes. The Senior Notes will be redeemed on March 2, 2022 (the “Redemption Date”) at a redemption price calculated in accordance with the Indenture, equal to $1,012.94 for each $1,000 principal amount of Senior Notes redeemed, plus
accrued and unpaid interest to, but not including, the Redemption Date.
