Ubiquiti Networks Announces U.S. Distribution Agreement With Ingram Micro

World's Largest Technology Distributor to Market and Sell Ubiquiti's Entire Product Line to U.S. Resellers

SAN JOSE, CA--(Marketwired - Jan 15, 2014) - Ubiquiti Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: UBNT) ("Ubiquiti") today announced a U.S. distribution agreement with Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM), the world's largest technology distributor.

Ingram Micro will immediately begin marketing, selling and supporting all of the company's leading edge platforms for service providers (airMAX®, airFiber® and EdgeMAX®) and enterprises (UniFi®, airVision® and mFi®) to its network of U.S.-based channel partners. Ingram Micro's broad reseller base will augment Ubiquiti's existing service provider-focused distribution channel and contribute to the company's growth in key enterprise vertical markets, such as education, healthcare, security and hospitality.
