America are pleased to announce the Ingram Micro Service Desk.
Managed by Fujitsu and available as part of the distributor's
growing IT services portfolio and Ingram Micro Cloud marketplace,
the new service desk provides North America-based solution
providers and managed service providers (MSPs) access to an
industrial-strength, seamless 24x7x365 service and support
operation.
Designed to complement managed IT and cloud-based service
offerings, the new Ingram Micro Service Desk makes it easy and
affordable for channel partners to offer customers immediate access
to a team of highly experienced customer service representatives
anytime day or night.
