Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 2, 2023, Independence Contract Drilling, Inc. (the
“Company” or “ICD”) issued a press release reporting financial
results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2022. A
copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto
and is incorporated herein by reference.
