Team Working Agreement with British Telecommunications plc





Interactive Digital Solutions Plc ("IDS") and British Telecommunications plc ("
BT") have signed a Team Working Agreement that allows BT access to the IPTV and
digital streaming software products developed by IDS for the delivery of digital
multimedia and broadband services.



The IDS digital platform was developed for use in a number of diverse sectors
that require the seamless delivery of a wide range of digital services including
digital IPTV and radio, email and internet access, music and films and other
broadband and narrowband services.



This Team Working Agreement with BT comes hard on the heels of the successes IDS
have had with their product in the NHS Patient Power Initiative where their
business partner Wandsworth Group is providing a fully digital entertainment
service to NHS hospital patients.



IDS and BT will work together to develop innovative and integrated digital
solutions for a number of market sectors.
