HealthSpring, Inc. (NYSE:HS) today announced that it will provide an online Web simulcast of its first quarter 2011 earnings conference call on Thursday, April 28, 2011. During the call, management will discuss financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2011, as well as financial projections and other guidance for 2011.
