      UNLIKE MANY OF ITS COMPETITORS WHO ARE SOARING TO NEW HIGHS HRB IS STRUGGLING TO FIND ANY TRACTION IN THE MARKET. CURRENTLY ABOVE ITS AVERAGE ANALYSTS PRICE TARGET POST EARNINGS
      A SWOON OF REGRADING COULD FOLLOW EARNINGS ON TUESDAY WHICH IS A RISKY POSITION TO BE IN.
      From a technical perspective the stock is in a long term correction cycle which should have more downside, despite a golden cross recently the RSI has been in a downtrend and we think that the gap below needs filled before any positive moves higher. From a optimistic perspective there is a high short interest which could lead to quite a pop if earnings have any surprises, so we just sit and see what happens, no need to gamble on this.

      HRB has been beat up because of its inability to provide RAL's to taxpayers who are expecting a refund. I believe this has been priced in but who knows what can happen if there is an upcoming market correction.

      As for HRB's earnings after tax season, they might be a little lower due to the fact that it can't provide RAL's. Either way, I bought on at 10.50 and plan to hold for a while...

      Well Rayank, tax time is once again upon us, so although I still expect a widespread market correction to hit us soon, I think you will be rewarded handsomely by June!

      And I really thought the market was going to tank before the end of this year, so i wouldn't put too much faith in my misgivings!

      I'm still waiting on that broad based selloff before Thanksgiving. Thought it would have happened by now. Be sure to take some profits now & make sure you are sitting on cash. JMO

      Got in yesterday at $10.75. Hoping to hit $16 by April.

      I would not be surprised to see a broad market correction within the next couple of weeks (maybe down 10% across the boards), so if the PPS does in fact drop below $10, I will try to double up then.

      No matter what, HRB is looking good long term.
