On October 11, 2022, Crystal Gordon, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Head of Government Affairs, and Corporate Secretary of Bristow Group Inc. (the “Company”), submitted her resignation from her position with the Company, effective October 31, 2022. Ms. Gordon’s decision to leave the Company for another career opportunity was not a result of any disagreement with the Company or its Board of Directors or any matter relating to the Company’s financials, operations, policies or practices.
