Accenture will acquire Stagwell's healthcare marketing agency and pharmaceutical commercialization platform for $245 million in cash, the latest in a string of acquisitions by the professional services company.

The agency, called ConcentricLife, has over 270 employees, all of whom will join Accenture segment Accenture Song, according to the company.

Stagwell said the fee for the sale would be $245 million, and that the deal would help the company pivot to its core digital services business and strengthen its balance sheet.

Accenture said Monday it would acquire MNEMO Mexico, a cybersecurity company, for an undisclosed fee.

The company has also announced deals for Tokyo-based marketing company Signal and business process services provider ON Service Group this month.
