Renasant Corporation (“the Company”) announced today that the Company is transferring the listing of its common stock to the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) from the NASDAQ Stock Market LLC (“NASDAQ”). Renasant’s common stock is expected to begin trading on the NYSE on Monday, October 9, 2023, under its current ticker symbol: RNST. The Company’s common stock will continue to trade on NASDAQ until the transfer is complete.
